Leading this darker tone is the main antagonist, Lilith. Lilith is part of Mephisto One of the great Evils who is also known as"the Mother of Sanctuary, the realm in which the Diablo series takes place. Contrary to previous games in which D2R Items there was a gradual building up to the big boss behind all the evils of The world Blizzard introduced Lilith up ahead from the beginning of the cutscene.
The playable model begins in Fractured Peaks, with my hero's horse being killed leaving him in a cave by his own for the duration of. From the caves emerged the first stop, Nevesk, a very small town that isn't the way they seem. Lilith has already made an effect on the people here and her real power comes from having individuals indulge in their dark side. It was the first time my character was able to have with other NPCs, and it was evident that the developers were looking to give the hero more role within the story by having their own dialogue and playing parts during the scenes.
This is the place in Nevesk where the impact of Lilith's influence on the people of Sanctuary is displayed. There's more to her story than simply being evil, which positions her as an interesting opponent when contrasted with other Great Evils from earlier Diablo titles. Although her final plan isn't apparent early on, Lilith's presence is immediately felt and was intentionally arranged by the team behind the development.
"By being asked to decode her story about what's happening, her impact on the world at large, you are able to know her motivations," stated game's director Joe Shely. "You are able to see the goals she's trying to achieve and you'll become more emotionally connected to her. perhaps there's a hint of doubt there. you're like: watch Star Wars and go like perhaps Vader had a right idea. I think the notion of getting more time those who are the villains is that you'll have a d2r items buy more satisfying resolution as you play through the story, while you play it."
