The whole event took place on Twitch by the victor Teo1904 and certainly created an intense week of speedrunning.
As you can peep from the Twitch stream of Teo1904 (below), it takes him around 138 days reach level 99. It gets harder to get higher levels as you progress to complete the last level to hit 99 alone took more than a day. Teo1904 claims he got 34 hours sleep during the long marathon.
It took the streamer approximately 8 days to reach the level 99 which is roughly five hours of rest each night. He deserves credit for getting some winks, though. There have been instances of Apex Legends and League of Legends streamers rise to a maximum rank of zero in single streams. It's horrendous.
Teo1904 did not reach the mark by himself, though. The streamer got by with a little help from pals MacroBioBoi BTNeandertha1, Rob2628, Jymnasium, Raxxanterax and more The group was also running various strategies to improve the rate of leveling. One of the more touching information, however, comes from the name Teo1904's character. As MacroBioBoi writes on Reddit, the 'Unsullied' in Teo_Unsuillied is a reference to a dear friend who tragically passed during the course of the year.
